[INFO] CIR M05/09: LEADING SMEs TOWARDS GST ERA [KUALA LUMPUR] (SEPT 14, SUN)

Please be informed that, there will be a GST Seminar on 14^th September, 2014(Sunday) from 9.00am – 5.00pm.

The theme for the seminar is “Leading SMEs towards GST Era [Kuala Lumpur]”. The seminar is jointly organized by SME Association of Kuala Lumpur, Federation of Sundry Goods Merchants Association of Malaysia, supported by Royal Malaysian Customs Department.

YB Datuk IR. Dr. Wee Ka Siong, Minister in Prime Minister Department will be officiate the seminar and YB Datuk Chua Tee Yong, Deputy Minister of Finance will also present at the Q & A section.

The details of the seminar are as follows:

It is a full day comprehensive seminar which is caters to the needs of SME communities and other business sectors & industries with an objective of providing them an effective communication platform to acquire information on implementation and application of GST as well as its impact to business sector.

The seminar is open for public, SMEs are urged to attend this training workshop in order to learn and prepare the GST process and procedures correctly.
