This workshop is jointly organized US-ASEAN Business Alliance for Competitive SMEs and SME Corporation Malaysia.

The details of the workshop are as follows:

The training workshop aims to transfer broad-based knowledge and skills to SMEs which are engaging in, planning to undertake, or are interested in e-commerce and supply-chain linkages, and the related best practices.

The workshop covers (a) e-commerce platform and payment tools; (b) international shipping and delivery services; (c) legal aspects of cross-border e-commerce; and (d) strengthening market presence via online marketing. High-performance participants in the workshop would be considered for advanced training and mentoring in 2015 as well as for business talent and leadership development conducted by U.S. corporate partners in the Business Alliance.
