[INFO] CIR M07/09: #MYCYBERSALE 2015  (SEPT 28 - OCT 2 )

Malaysia’s biggest online sale event #MYCYBERSALE returns today, with bigger and better deals, and more participating e-Tailers including those from Sabah and Sarawak.

The #MYCYBERSALE event this year, which will be held from today (September 28) until October 2, will host over 400 eTailers, an increase of more than 40 per cent compared to 2014, as more eTailers from outside the Klang Valley join the fray.

The event is organized by Multimedia Development Corporation and supported by Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasi Dan Kepenggunaan (KPDNKK), CyberSecurity Malaysia and SME Corp. Malaysia.

#MYCYBERSALE aims to boost e-Commerce industry in Malaysia through these objectives:

• To generate online shopping demand from consumers;
• To encourage SMEs to adopt e-Commerce in their businesses; and
• To increase domestic revenue of e-Commerce
